Meet The Chef
I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade now for well-known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele - from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world's most cultured destinations. I founded personal chef services to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home.
As a graduate of Texas Culinary Academy, I gained a degree in Applied Science of the Culinary Arts, a Certificate in Management Training. I am HACCP qualified and Serve Safe Certified.
